- Spanish Guardia Civil officers have identified a criminal gang of Britons and Spaniards involved in the sale of cocaine in Mallorca. Officers have seized five kilos of almost pure cocaine in different properties. Authorities have reported that the drugs came from South America.
- Chilean authorities have informed about an antinarcotics operation that took place in Arica, a port city located in northern Chile. According to official information, the operation targeted an international group of traffickers that moved drugs from Colombia to South America into Europe.
