25/05 Head of Devida signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Port Cooperation with the Seacop V Project of the European Union. The executive president of the National Commission for Development and Life without Drugs (Devida), Ricardo Soberón Garrido, ratified the commitment to strengthen capacities to control illicit trafficking of drugs in ports and border areas. For this reason, the Seacop V Port Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Devida and the International and Ibero-American Foundation for Administration and Public Policies (FIIAPP).
