- Romanian police reported the identification of 5 tons of cocaine hidden in banana containers that arrived at the Black Sea port from Colombia. Reportedly four Lithuanians and one Colombian were arrested and allegedly the main goal was to transport cocaine to the Netherlands.
- The Atlantic has analysed who will control Colombia’s cocaine after the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia sign a cease-fire agreement. According to the article, the lack of FARC’s presence could create a vacuum for another criminal group that may seek to fill.
