Narcotics laws
  • 1981/26 – Décret No. 81-521 du 1er juillet 1981 fixant les attributions du secrétaire d’état à la sécurité intérieure et portant organisation interne du secrétariat d’état
  • 1988/16 – Décret No. 85-351 du 8 mai 1985 portant modification du Comité ivoirien de lutte contre l’usage abusif des drogues (CILAD)
  • 1988/17 – Loi No. 88-686 du 22 juillet 1988 portant répression du trafic et de l’usage illicites des stupéfiants, des substances psychotropes et des substances vénéneuses
  • 2006/39 – Décret No. 99-506 du 4 août 1999 modifiant le Décret No. 94-399
  • 2006/40 – Arrêté No. 243/MSPS/DSPS visant au renforcement du contrôle des substances psychotropes incluses aux tableaux III et IV de la Convention de 1971
